What this covers
This policy explains how Axelyn, operated by Amin Haiqal, handles personal information collected through axelyn.com and direct project enquiries. It does not cover a client product operated under a separate agreement.
Information you provide
When you send a workflow enquiry, we collect your name, work email, company and problem description, plus any current tools, budget or timing details you choose to provide. If you subscribe to the newsletter, we collect the email address you provide. If we work together, later project communications and materials are handled under the relevant proposal or agreement.
How information is used
We use enquiry information to understand your request, respond, arrange a conversation, prepare a proposal and keep records of potential or active work. We use newsletter signup information to send the updates you requested and manage your subscription. We do not sell personal information or use enquiry details for unrelated marketing.
Service providers
The enquiry form is processed by FormSubmit and delivered by email. The newsletter form is provided by Kit, which processes subscriber information to manage and send the newsletter. Website hosting and email providers may process limited technical or message data to operate those services. Their own terms and privacy practices also apply.
Technical data and cookies
Hosting infrastructure may create routine server logs such as IP address, browser type, requested page and time of access for security and reliability. The embedded Kit form uses a cookie to remember newsletter signups.
Retention and security
Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage a business relationship, resolve disputes or meet legal and accounting obligations. Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used, but no online transmission or storage system is completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion where applicable, or withdraw from further contact. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter using the link in any newsletter email. Legal obligations may require some records to be retained.
